Often people who do daily eye exercises notice that their eyes feel better even after a week or two of doing the eye exercises.

Doing dialy eye exercises will not "cure" myopia, can can help one maintain healthy vision and even help reduce one's prescription.

if it's something that you absolutely don't think you could live with, maybe you should consider a Vitrectomy, the only solution to your concerns. Good luck.

I just learned a little over a week ago that my eyes are out of coordination. This accounts for the disorientation I have been putting up with for months. I was given the eye exercise of holding a pen, with writing on it, with my arm streched out and then bring it in to my eyes until it starts to blur, then pull it out again. 5 min. once a day. How long till I notice some relief? Does anyone know?

This is amazing...the other day my eyes were feelings terrible after working on a computer in a poorly lit room for the many hours at a time. I came home, used this video, and after 15 minutes I was as good as new. Thank you so much!

I have epiretinal membrane in my right eye according to the Drs. at Johns Hopkins, Wills Eye, and UCSF. I've had it over a year. How can I heal this w/o surgery? I also how have floaters in my left eye that are like bugs and clouds. Same with the right. What can I do to reverse this? I'm sooooo sad all the time. I also work 10+ hours at a PC every day...

Natural lighting is the best lighting for working with the computer. The light should not be too dark or light, but help balance out the light coming from the screen. Here are some general guidelines:* Minimize glare by keeping the light source and windows at a 90 degree angle from the computer screen.* Avoid intense light in your field of vision.* Minimize overhead lighting* Use light bulbs that emit the natural light spectrum (avoid working under fluorescent lighting if possible)

Yes, doing daily eye exercises can help strengthen your vision both near and far, so that includes TV watching.
