Actually the most corrupt Presidential administration in he history of the USA is President Grant, because he put all of his friends in cabinet positions and they took advantage of it. In his defense he wasnt a politician he was a general. Also the Reagan Administration had the most staffers and cabinet members go to trial and be convicted of bribery and other crimes, they served jail time and had to pay hefty fines.
