★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★The avoidance of meat is likely to reduce the risk of coronary artery disease, [heart disease] because meat is the major source of saturated fat... High consumption of red meat has adverse health consequences: thus vegetarian diets tend to impart health advantages. Don't cook your food, if you do you will be deficient. Cooking your food = killing the phytonutrients that give you the complete array of aminos. You will be deficient of aminos that you need, don't cook your food, do the research... good luck!

to "0lord0kinbot".and its all about how clean your colon is, it is the healthy bacteria in your colon who makes B12 for example. The Human body is actually capable to make it! But most peoples colon is so filthy with an over growth of negative bacteria that they can not make it have to get form there food. Meat and Dairy makes the human colon very unhealthy, weak and acidic and that is the environment that kills off the good bacteria! and alcohol killes it 2...

yes that is true but don't forget many cases of chronic anemia can be from a parasite called HOOKWORM, also known as NECATOR AMERICANUS meaning AMERICAN MURDER. .LOL...This parasite attaches itself to the lining of or intestines and bites into our blood vessels. It is capable of drinking an enormous amount of blood everyday.

Vitamin B12 is also known as cobalamin all B-vit..are actually bacteria's.. In most nutritional supplements, B12 comes as cyanocobalamin, which breaks down in a healthy body into two active forms of cobalamin: methylcobalamin and 5-deoxyadenosyl cobalamin. You can get B12 also from organic spinach Chlorella - Spirulina - Klamath Blue Green Algae Alfalfa, Barley, Wheat Grass, Barsley, PERUVIAN MACA, etc, etc....

B12 is a universal deficiency, actually according to the research, the largest group with this deficiency is Meat eating pregnant women. B12 deficiency is seen across the board with Meat eaters and Vegans alike. This Vitamin can actually produced in your intestines, so your digestive efficiency and cleanliness is also a factor. the healthy bacteria in your colon can make it, if your colon is clean enough that is! that's way regular colon cleansing is important!

yes soy in general is not the best thing to eat, unless you actually eat organic (not GMO-type) sprouted soy beans..that means RAW! any cooked or processed type of soy is just glue! that is way so many vegetarians or vegans end up unhealthy! But I am guilty on using it myself to get of my eiscream and cheese addiction..lol...thank god I am done with that!..fermented is not the best either since most of those are all GMO's and anything fermented makes your body more acidic!

Keisabi,Iam sorry but I don't deal with pounds, anyway, there is no woman at the gym where I exercise who is able to lift more weight than I do. I train 4 days a week and I do "supinos" (I am affraid you don't call it like this in English. Sorry about that; I will try to find out the name)with 48 kilograms. By the way I 've been pumping iron for only one year now. And before you say anything... I know 48 kilograms is not too much, but I am no power lifter and one year is such a short time...

that´s the main reason i haven´t decided yet.if you are using supplements it means u r not eating correctly...i mean, a diet should be enogh (without supplements). that might be my mayor concern.

Very very good point!Only eat fermented soy as Tempeh, Miso etc.Vitamin B12 is in the SOIL!Either grow your own vegetables and don't clean them too much when you're about to eat them, or if you get organic produce, same, don't wash'em too much, you need the dirt!!!
