Not being either pro israeli or pro Hezbollah (I don't agree with either sides politics) but this is probably an old SLA tank from the 90's. Israel didn't give them anything too new so they made do with older and easier to use Soviet stuff. It is either a t-62 0r t-55. Israel calls in airstrikes on abandoned equipment to destroy it. So if a Merkava is too badly damaged to be towed and is under heavy fire they just blow it up. That is a good military practice.
