Cody, after seeing your video i can tell that there si so much we can do with love, perseverance and faith. My friend was in a coma of 2 weeks after a terrible accident and even it happened 3 months ago, he is still at the hospital with severe brain damage. Your video revive my hopes for him, since he acts like a child, when he is 26, and doctors can't say much. 2, 4, 6 months, maybe even years will take for his complete recovery. God bless you and keep getting better and stronger. Take care

Hey Cody, I am glad to see you have recovered as well as you have and in such a short period of time. I too sustained a TBI, but mine was in April back in '05. I'm fully functioning and I too was in a coma, although mine was only for a month. I just want to encourage you to keep on bettering your life with your second chance. I would also like to congratulate you for making your recovery. I know how hard it is. Good to know there's more of us out there.

Hey Cody, just wanted to say that you are a very lucky young man. I work with individuals with ABI (acquired brain injuries) in a residential center and wish everyone could be as lucky as you. Good job and good luck with everything!

This is a very touching story. You are an inspiration to us all Cody. I have a friend who has just awoke from a 3 month coma, I haven't seen him since he woke up, but your video has made me feel a lot better about it all. Hope you feel much better now Cody, all the best for the future.

I did a search for TBI and found your video. I had a TBI in october last year and it looked like your eyes were crossed while you were recovering, but it could have been the glare. If so, I was just wondering how long did it take for them to correct, because mine are still crossed and I was just hoping to get some input from another survivor. I hope I can stay as positive as you. Thanks for posting your story!

Oh, wow. Speechless. I have seen a video of my own son take a very terrible fall while snowboarding, and but for whatever-you-want-to-credit he did not break his neck. I am deeply touched by your video and, most certainly, your journey.

My brother is going through this right now. He was a victim of a drunk driver. He has been hospitalized for almost 5 weeks and every day he keeps getting better. The improvements he has made it, the doctors said he would never make and if he did it would take 2 years. I love my brother so much, I am always in his room. Jorge you have come along way, you are almost here completely.
