Let's see. A 185-lb receiver gets tackled on a great hit. No harm at this point, just a great stop. He sits on the ground for a full second or two. He's not moving. THEN a huge LB and DL both decide to dive at him. And they don't just jump on him, they BOTH go helmet-to-helmet, and squash his head and neck down. A ref is in PERFECT position (see end of video) and no flag is thrown!! WTF? This is one of the worst non-calls ever. A dangerous, blatant double-cheapshot w/ ref in plain sight

Any person watching this video thinking that the anger after the play had to do with the initial hit is crazy. If it had just been that, HD would have gave the guy props. The wildly late helmet-to-helmet contact from a LB and a DL on a small receiver sitting on the ground is the worst part.

Brohm should have gotten that ball to him earlier. Brohm is the reason that the big hit happened. As a QB, part of your job is to look to see the consequences if you throw the ball to your WR. In this case the consequence was that big hit.
