NOT all cancer is caused by smoking. Read his biography. He had cancer in his toe. It should have been amputated but Bob refused because of his religion. THAT'S what caused him to die. And to make it sound like I try to convince people to smoke is an ABSOLUTE LIE. Marijuana has the same affects as smoking. So don't say it is not bad trying to convince people to " oh lets do it bc its not bad" cause it is. Even though people who get smoke get cancer is because of the nicotine making you do it more. Mary-j is just as bad just not as many people smoke it etc as people who do. HE GOT CANCER FROM Marijuana. smart one he did it to himself and i bet he regrets it. Although he is the best Reggae Singer to this day. R.I.P>

Marihuana itself isn't bad. It is the amount you use which is doing the damage. The same with alcohol.If you drink a beer it won't hurt you but consuming too much is a complete different story. Btw Bob didn't die because of Marihuana. He died because of cancer
