Would someone explain to me why couldn't the cops just lay down the spike strips covering the entire road? That way, the runner would definitely hit it or crash into the side of the road.Hell, he can really drive shit. But there is NO WAY anyone can outrun cops. You'll eventually run out of gas or crash somehow. 1 cop car crashes, another would take its place. And when a chopper starts chasing you, that's the end of the game for you.
