are you kidding?what crap. this makes no sense, the war contezt is ridiculous. s100b, as a biomarker, needs to be correlated with established tbi diagnostic tools (gcs, pta, loc, and so on), and then investigate its unique coefficient to the prediction of outcome. i don't see how this is done in the middle of a battlefield. do you even understand tbi, or the s100b protein? please explain how a serum assay would work in the context of black hawk down.ta.
