Talk to your family about Sea World in the Canary Islands and ask about the 1994 MMPA Amendments pertaining to "optimum sustainable population range" -Sea World by law could bring new breeding stock in through their Canary Is. site legally. I received a couple of letters from the Humane Society in Washington DC last week confirming this ( they were already working on the potential court case....) You watch in the not too distant future SW will make their move for new Wild Orca.

Are you seriously asking me why I would support them? They are both excellent corporations/companies. My family works in the ASPCA. I also have family members who are animal trainers and who work for the Humane Society. That's another reason why I support them. That and because I do love animals. But, I have never heard of Sea World getting involved with the Canary Islands nor spain because SW does not take animals from the wild no longer.

Why would you ask where I source my material when every quote I give I credit the author. Curious how you can support ASPCA and the Humane Society when that's where 90% of my quotes come from. The insidious tactics of the Sea World PR and their lobbyists are second to none. I'm sure you will not take much of this to heart and that's fine but ask your self why would Sea World get involved with the Canary Islands... Spain being the main channel for Marine Mammal import/export

I would really like to know where you get your information from on Captive animals. You're dumping your arguments on people's videos about orcas. You keep talking to people on here instaed of acting at the source. We would really like it if you would actually worry more about Lolita at the Seaquarium in Miami. NOT at Sea World. Maybe you've seen some places abuse their animals somewhere else but not actually at Sea World. All in all I respect your opinion with no intentions to argue.

Because they are predators when it comes to sea animals. They're one of the ocean's biggest hunters. They will eat sharks, penguins, other whales, seals, you name it any kind of fish no matter what size. So they do deserve that name when it comes to the sea but when it comes to everything in general, they don't. Like they don't hunt humans, they don't care about humans one bit unless they were raised near them. Then they'll play with them haha.

Captive orcas are a sad caricature, a weary and spiritless version of their wild counterparts. Visitors cannot help but leave with a distorted perception of orcas and their environment. Most disturbingly, they may leave with the notion that it is acceptable to confine orcas and other animals, solely to meet human demands for entertainment and 'education' "Dying to Entertain You" Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society.

ORCAS DO NOT KILL PEOPLE INTENTIONALLY! THEY ARE HUNGRY AND WE ARE TASTY APPARANTLY! LOL. BUT NOW LETS GET DOWN TO REAL BUISNESS: these majestic creatures shouldnt be killed! they belong underneath the sea, NOT ON OUR PLATES! WHY IN THE WORLD DO WE KILL THEM? I GET SO ANGRY WHEN THESE CREATURES ARE SLAUGHTERED! (I HATE THE WORD "SLAUGHTERED"!!!) THIS IS UNFAIR! GOD MADE WHALES. WE ARE KILLING GOD'S CREATIONS. GOD DESIDES WHEN A WHALE DIES, NOT US! WHALES ARE BEING KILLED BY THE MILLIONS!
