Ask that of the Republicans. Ted Stevens indicted on 7 felony charges. GWB lied us into Iraq. McCain was part of Keating 5 and got his wife off drug abuse charges. Republicans are destroying this country and we can't take another four years of it.

Does anyone besides me think that both candidates seem very similar? The only major difference I can see is that Obama wants to pull out sooner than McCain, although his position is changing on that as well. That and drilling for oil, but neither of them seem to have a clear goal for this issue. Both men appear sincerely dedicated towards helping America any way they can...I honestly wouldn't be disappointed with either as the next president.

rll1954 says that he's all talk, Thats fair enough to say but arent ALL politicians all talk?Regardless of who you vote for, just vote and lets see what silver tongue takes over. We can blame Bush or whoever for the ecomony but the fact is that the rich are getting richer and the working class gets worse off as it always has.

please try and be rational. obama is a politician just like the others. its a slimy business, but he has the most integrity thats one way of looking at it. the pride that blacks feel is completely warranted given this countr's history of oppression by most white people. in any case most blacks were for hillary, until obama beat her in iowa and they heard his message

This man is MOSTLY talk and is preying on the emotions of this disappointed country. Forget political parties and that silly saying, "It's time for a back man in the presidency" (which is racial politics!) and vote for McCain. We cannot pull out of Iraq just yet, as many people looking for "change" would likd to do, including Barack Obama. This man is dangerous!!

I intend to work to see this man elected. I've never done anything politically before, except protest, but it's time to move America forward. I agree with his prescriptions for energy independance, economic resurgence, health policy, and fiscal responsibility. I've been working in the solar industry for 25years and it's time is now along with wind/tidal/geothermal,etc.) Yes we can!

NO we see very well. And since birds of a feather "flock" together, we know John mccain and George Bush go hand in hand. John mccain voted for Bush's war. He wants To continue Bush's harmful tax cuts. Saber-rattling with Iran, etc. No we are not blind to that. You patriotically correct plice crack me up. You would rather have a President who insists on carrying out a war that is literally bankruptiong AMerica instead of one understands the harm it is bringing our nation. We wont let it happen

My eyes are perfectly fine thanks dude & the REAL TRUTH is.... I want OBAMA to win!!!! What a relief it would be to claim a president who has the intelligence & heart that people from all around the globe have respect for - & is it too much to ask for a president who possesses more than a couple of braincells! <- I can count how many Bush has & I swear one hand would even outnumber that total!!!!

I bet you have never been judged in America by your looks, or denied jobs, or admission to clubs, or orchestras because of your looks. America was born with a serious birth-defect; it was built on inhuman cruelty, and the free labour of kidnapped Africans.

Stop that blue state crap.. California's Orange County, right next to L.A., had the highest % of Bush votes in 00 and 04. It's all about urban, open minded smart people, vs. dumb suburbanites. The middle of the country, especially the midwest with Chicago leading the way, is democrat, moderate heaven.. So stop your east-west coast crap. And Missouri voted for Obama too.
