hope and change, change and hope....back to the disastrous pacifism of the 1930's, and the failed social programs of the 1960's

When he went to Israel, did he broaden his knowledge of the area by visiting the Palestinian areas?

There are many of us here in Israel who wish to see you as the next US president. We hope that you may usher a new era in the Middle East and worldwide in favor of us simple people, am ha-aretz, instead of religious zealots. May G-d of Israel bless you, Obama!

Spencerdev91-This what seems to make him different. He has contacted each group no matter how small. Not just for votes but to understand what their fears are and how to make sure that racism and discrimination is made history in this new century.I will not stand by silently and watch dictators of the world have another century of war and persecution. That was the 20th century.Never again.

Bill Clinton was popular, but I did not love him.... I love this man.. I love his vision... I love his truthfulness and integrity... no matter what he has been hit with, he has not lowered himself to smear on Hlllary.. and there is a lot out there.... God Bless Barack Obama.... This is true. However, you must also understand that the concerns for America is so intertwined with Israel and her other allies concerns that they become one in the same. If a single injustice goes unchecked, regardless of who it affects, its a threat to ALL justice. Those are not my words, but the words of a Jewish scholar and repeated by the next great President of our United States, Barack Obama

i respectfully must disagree with you. I'm quite proud, in fact perhaps the only thing that would make me prouder would be if the world, and yourself would put your emotions and fears aside and listen. Its often what we wish to hear least that we must hear most. What you say suggests that one man cannot support truely both sides. I again respectfully disagree. In fact I believe if you don't support Obama here & understand, then you don't support peace. You don't support the Palestians either

Obama is trying to get elected as an American President. His concerns should be for America, first, second and third.

I agree, but the problem with talking with the muslim community is it will brew up new smear attacks from the GOP and the general public, who in a recent poll, 15% of the public who didn't vote for Obama think he is a Muslim. I think he should focus on the christian folk and lower class to eliminate the missconseptions that the Fox Network have brought up. I'm an Obama supporter and I'm half jewish, but I can't shake the feeling that he should be focusing his attention somewhere else.OBAMA08
