Nope. When a child spasms and is very ill, can't speak, and child-parents loses touch with child, this is traumatic. The negative symptoms in true severe autism are sad and not a good thing, but I do agree that it is sure a natural reaction in nature, and terrorism is a word to use. Mercury in our water and vaccines (plus the rest of the ****) maybe the terrorist and we better do something for our children. Accepting a child that is in another world is not right, I feel anyway.

I am a mom of 2 amazing children w' Autism & we are not sure about my youngest son yet. I also have worked in the mental health field, with ASD children, for 7 years. This video is the most beautiful & hopeful video about Autism that I have seen. Thank you for posting it! Your children are miracles and are so gorgeous. Be proud of yourselves for being good parents and for being inspirations to others going through the same mysterious journey. I watch this video at least twice a day!

You have a beautiful family. I can sympathize with all the trials and tribulations, ups and downs. Some people don't get it and, well that's just ignorance on their part. Thank you for sharing your story and bringing about autism awareness.

autism is something really good, its not a disorder or something bad like that it is a changing world.there will come more and more autistics its not a illness or something its a logical reaction to the fast world, maybe you can compare it with a orcaan or terrorism of nature, you cant fight it let it be things will be fine trust nature AUTISM IS A GOOD THING AND USEFUL will see it later. first fight "against" it then accept.. oh well autism is positive and mother natures very logical reaction!

you are doing a great job and don't get pulled down by people who have no idea what they're talking about - our little boy is 5 in August and was diagnosed with ASD 2.5 years ago - he did lots of the same things Christian did watching sand, watching water etc. and he still has his "quirkies" as we call them - but hey, i have "quirkies" too! these kids are clever, honest and true and the more we can promote love, acceptance and autism in the same breath, then we're really saying something! xo

Thank you for your support. I blocked the flashbackisgay person and reported his comment. Thankyou for defending us. I'm just a young mom trying to help other families and show them that there is sooo much out there to bring out our kids' potential.

my message below was for flashbackisgay - man, your comment made me mad! are you diagnosed with autism? i know for a fact that good can come from it! it's comments like yours that has kids commiting suicide - perhaps you could try acceptance and encouragement for those who have to live with and deal with autism on a daily basis - I loved the video and thank you for sharing your beautiful family xo

ollyhaze, i would tell you to go drive off a cliff for posting such ignorant comments, but I dont believe you are a troll troll and flaunting your ignorance (you were). we, parents of autistic children are not diluted, ok? autism is a spectrum, and some of them can be severely challenged. #1 have some respect. #2, we, too, believe it or not, have a brain, and have thought of every possible thing out there, far more than trolls with no direct experience (like yoursef) can offer to us.
