God! I just thought of CK because of a Podcast about the best TV-Show nowadays "Supernatural". They mentioned him and suddenly I was brought to my past. A French girl living now (well most pf the time in Germany) who spent so many months in the States by her beloved aunt. CK's voice... My God! Right now 5:46 I'm dying cause well... No words. Kasem sold the old AT40s for the 70s & 80s into syndication. They can be heard on XM/Sirius Satellite Radio, 70s on 7 and 80s on 8.

Casey Kasem left the AT40 host job in 1988 then returned in 1998 but left again in 2004.In April this year,2008,he turned 76 :)

I am 51 and I first listened to him way back to 1972.I am from Hong Kong. Did anyone know where hi is.Hong Kong radio cut his programme after 1984. Since then I have not heard him again.Missing him.

i am cuban,i was in my teens in the 80s,i was very hard for me to listen to the top 40 since cuba is 90 miles from usa, but that did not stop me from waking up on sundays and turning the radio on.i used to write the song and singers name on a note book...music was good back them but casey made it better.i dont think ther will ever be something better than the 80s.i look back and i still enjoy it.thanks for uploading and thank you casey.if there was a top 40 for what you do you would number 1
