Depends on which tablet you are using, I use Axel's tablet, its great for rendering. I combine it with Gimp for best effects.

Thanks but I find it more difficult creating pixel drawings using a tablet. :) You can't control each pixel. If you use a mouse, you can zoom as much as needed and create perfect shapes using pixels.
