But when I said %35 of Morocco are berber, I was referring to ones who speak the language and identify themselves are pure berber.

Yes it's from Morocco! Tamazigh is the language of Berbers (Imazighen is the right term to call berber people). Arabic is not their language. Roughly 35-40 million people in North Africa and west Europe speak that language. It's actually the language of 35% of moroccans.
