in order for your abs to show, you need to diet and exercise. If your doing a bodybuilders workout to gain muscle, it requires a certain amount of food in or der for those gains. Doing these workout will deffinetly get your abs tighter and in shape but you will not see the results until you start to diet and lose weight.

Hey, I've been doing this program for about a month now, and it really gives a great feeling, but does it work? I've been told you need to train abs like any other muscles, which means about 3 sets of 8-12 repitations, preferable weighted. Anyone who has had results with this program, and just how skinny have you been? I also do a fullbody weightlifting program and I can't seem to fit this program into my fullbody program, requires too much time. Any advices?

it took me about 1 month to start making it visible but it took me 3 months of hard work to have them very tight, now i have an 8 pack :) i do eat a lot haha but i take care of myself by doing a lot of cardio. Just stick to the program man and you will see results quickly.
