you have a forged and balanced bottom end in your...305? Why? No offense (i have a 305 in my 79 camaro) but why would you spend the cash on a 305?

are you crazy first off who cares about the tb1 im talkin about the vortec. a vortec will beat a 305 305's are slow they dont last and thyre the type of motor u can say u hav a v8 but its really not fast a stock tbi runs mid 16-17 305 runs a 16 vortec if tuned right can run in the high 15's yes i know the motor in my truck is similar to the factory one but with diff heads vortec heads so yah 305's are slow

Really a 4.3 TBI is weak, the later Vortec stuff is close. Whats the point in getting a 305, well it's the motor GM put IN THE CAR for one lol

nice! decent rear end gears would make a WORLD of difference. I would say that should be your next mod. I'm about to swap a tbi 305 into my 91 blazer. only difference is the whole bottom end is forged and balanced. I was thinking 150 wet shot, but seeing how your stock 305 is holding up to it, now I'm thinking more along the lines of a 200 shot. nice work, post more vids as you ad things

What gives you that idea? You can get as much out of an efi car on nitrous, as a carb car. Hell this car dropped like 2 seconds in the 1/8 on it.

nice, tbi is fuel injcted so it is controlled by the computer so it cant fully get the advantage of a 150 shott , but it will give it about 75 to 90 extra tell it over heats, try msd electronic egnition and a 650 carb, it will almost explode ur rear end i have the same car but ive been trying to get my supercharger on keeping the tbi injectors,

i have a 91 formula 305 tbi: mods:..chip...exhuast...smog/ac delete...350 injectors..throttle body bridge shaved off...and she has 226xxx miles 150 shot be able to take it?

stock camaro RSs are 16 second cars.stock LS1s are 13 second cars.giggle gas (150 shot) isnt going to make enough power to take the ls1.

Do better against the LS1? You do realize thats a 348 rwhp 02 Z28 against a 305 TBI car that makes about 130 rwhp n/a stock plus a 150 shot?

Well call it all you want, it was a stock 305, just about anything will take a 150 shot for awhile if everything is in check.
