Actually, the court is going about the needed business of righting previous courts' obstruction of justice and judicial fiats, righting such wrongs as forced integration and busing, taking down anti-1st amendment parabolas like McCain-Feingold, etc.

With everything going on around us -- the president obstructing justice, the courts obstructing justice and God knows what else -- it is good to see that at least ordinary citizens are still more than capable of upholding justice. This guy ought to be paid to consult with every convenience store owner in the country as a public service.

After the lib judges get done, the Marine and the store owner will be paying the pick pocket more than the convenience store is worth.Violated his civil rights, over use of force, post-traumaic stress disorder etc. After all, the poor pickpocket needs compensation for the trauma in his life that made him choose to seek a temporary solution to his financial demise.
