You're pretty much correct. He's not using his fingers to lift his body, he is using his arm. His fingers are merely withstanding the weight of his upper torso. If you can do a one-armed push-up, you can do a two-fingers push up. All this exercise does it accelerate arthritis, lol. That being said, you still have to be either pretty strong or really light to do this exercise.

Damn that's cool, you should get into the cia and do that move that knocks out the person by grabbing them by the neck or shoulder, you'd probably kill them and not knock em out.

Of course they're not beneficial you dumbass he's just doing this in the video to prove that he can. Showing off his skill. If I made a video of me twirling a pencil on my finger I wouldn't say in the description "By doing this three times a day you will gain 10 IQ points" You're retarded.

Try to imagine those fingers squeezing your glotis or even just your neck during half a second. If you can do that, it means that your fingers are somekind of mix between a wrench and a razor blade.Plus, it makes you deal with the pain.

let me explane. from my pov, this looks to be a strain and nothing more. i'm pretty sure my pov of this is ignorant, and i want an explenation of the benefits of doing two finger pushups. If i'm right, and they arent beneficial, cool. If they are beneficial, i wish to be corrected, because i've done nothing more than observe the 'exercise' and taken a guess.Do you have anything to add, or are you content to merely criticize my comment?
