I love my 505. Lot's of power and i love the build quality of it, plastics, nuts etcBut what i like most is the weight, it's very light and nimble :)DS450 is also very light and great power.

Just because it revs quicker doesn't make it faster. Theres a lot more to take into account. Like the 700xx, its faster than a yfz but revs NO WHERE near as fast lol. same with a little 250, they rev nice and quick but don't have the punch behind it.

By saying faster i meant it revs quicker than a longer stroke.The thing is the 450SX KTM motor revs quicker and it's faster than any of the Japanese 450's.

Short stroke won't make it faster, just make it rev a little quicker, having a short stroke with the same bore would slow it down lol.
