The 09 R6 engine is rock solid. 3k miles of hard riding on mine and it hasn't skipped a beat. My favorite thing about that engine is that you don't even need a valve check until 26k miles!

planning to die? Seriously dude it's not a good first bike, I have an 09 and while you can keep the power down by feeding it gears, its very twichy and turns in real sharp. Clutch is touchy too and the engine revs so freely that you can easly rev it to 10k and drop the clutch without even thinking about it. Start small and actually learn how to ride.

And at 1:47, you can easily see the 848 the use when they get bored of the empty engine of the R6 which doesn't kick under 10000 rpm.But fortunately, it goes 18000... how lucky ! :D

its just not selling very well and too much r6 in the stock thats the purpose of producing another 2008 r6 commercial haaahee they should have made it a bit higher than that if it was i would've bought one . . .

I don't care which one is fastest just which one is more failure free?? I know yamaha is better quality but is it more failure free then suzuki motors??
