You're really not doing yourself any favours by posting these, I don't say this to be mean. My point is that when the court comes to assess matters such as who pays the legal costs for each side they consider the conduct of each party, even if you win the court may consider these videos alledging some sort of conspiricy on the part of the defendants to be in bad taste and not helpful to the cause in which case you may end up paying your own costs anyway. It's not in your best interests.

It sounds to me like the issues are possibly causation and the question of what injury occured, assume your solicitor has got your medical evidence together , ensure your witness statements are deailed and good look, Your point about punitive damages wont apply. Hi Gemm73, when you are taking on our modern day "God" everything that you have done in your life may work against you, funny that I have been this cleanest of clean person without any records of any type that would work against me, but they have tried to dig and dig right to this current day to use every word that is "spoken" against us, failing to materialize whatever they need they are starting to make it up with the help of all those who represent our case.
