I have the enhanced 2004 DVDs. I swear it's there...on my copy anyway. I watched parts of The Empire Strikes Back two days ago and the line was there. Maybe there's different cuts for different regions...but mine's definitely the 2004 enhanced edition box set...I mean, Jedi has an image Hayden Christensen at the end.

The 97 Edition I don't know about, but the 2004 DVDs, the scene is there but that line isn't. It's there in the DVD releases of the actual originals, but the CGI 'enhanced' ones don't have it. I have theories about why not but I only have a couple hundred characters left.
